Place four Warden Carapaces around a Compass. The Compass dependency resolves to four Iron Ingots and one Redstone Dust.
Modded material alternatives
Within the layered data, iron and redstone can trace back to Gloomslate Iron Ore and Gloomslate Redstone Ore, connecting the vanilla component to Deeper and Darker's mining loop.
Resource conflict
Warden Carapaces also contribute to Reinforced Echo Shards. Crafting the compass therefore competes with Warden armor progression for the same material.
